The Cyber Development Group is staffed 24 hours a day to monitor the network and respond to customer needs. The actual data center consists of a colocation facility that has 24 hour access for customers via a security FOB security token and a keypad security system that is independently monitored. This is a highly-secure, manned facility with video surveillance and secured access on all floors, doors and fully enclosed rack centers. The Colocation racks are individually lockable and have the option of rack specific IP-video surveillance to ensure that customers only have access (and secure web enabled video monitoring) to the equipment that they own.
