Jack Pressman

Managing Principal & Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Pressman has over 25 years of experience in designing and deploying advanced IT projects. He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering.

Mr. Pressman has been designing and building mission critical IT facilities and wide area networks for the past over 15 years. He was the Technology Architect for the new Chicago Police Headquarters, the Chicago Police Wide Area Network, the Ford Supplier Campus (Chicago), the Burlington Northern Sante Fe Intermodal (Joliet) and the DuPage National Technology Park (West Chicago).

Mr. Pressman has extensive industry experience in enterprise-wide Business Continuity and Disaster / Workplace Recovery Plan implementation. Mr. Pressman is currently CDGI’s technology architect for developing over 1,500,000 SF of Tier 3 / Tier 3+ data center, collocation and disaster / workplace recovery facilities in conjunction with deploying a secure private 10 / 40 GbE optical network throughout North America.

James. P. Taylor

Chief Financial Officer
James P. Taylor joined Cyber Development Group International, LLC as Chief Financial Officer in October of 2010. Mr. Taylor brings a wealth of experience in the Internet Infrastructure business having served as CFO of Peer 1 Network Enterprises, Inc., an Internet infrastructure company from 2001 through to 2006. Mr. Taylor was responsible for the IPO of PEER 1 and managed several equity and debt financings as well as a major recapitalization as the company’s revenue grew from approximately $1 million to over $70 million during his tenure with the company.

Most recently Mr. Taylor served as CFO for Corelink Data Centers, LLC an early stage business in the Internet Infrastructure space. Mr. Taylor graduated from Indiana University with a BS - Finance/Accounting and earned his MBA in International Business and Corporate Finance from DePaul University.

Jorge Fernandez brings years of experience with designing, implementing and fanatically maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems in mission critical facilities. Jorge oversees the NOC operations and staff as well as all installations for client environments.
