Engineering

Our engineering team has been building facilities for years. With over 3 million square feet of data center build under our belt, we know how to design to the highest standards. All our design/build specifications are per Uptime Institute, Inc., TIA–EIA 942 and NFPA Specifications.

The Cyber Development Group design methodology is based on building a facility infrastructure to support a five 9's uptime environment. Our facility is built to support mission critical, high-density installations while addressing both current and future power and cooling demands.

We have built a state of the art Network Access Point (“NAP”) for direct ultra high bandwidth connectivity to the Internet and can provide low-latency connectivity to key markets.

Our NAP supports multiple 10 Gb Ethernet and OC192+ fiber rings with 100% diverse carrier cross-connection and transport. Our NAP has been designed to support both metro and “long haul” Wide Area Network (“WAN”) connectivity scalable from 100 mbps to 10 / 40 Gb Optical Transport. Our NAP provides a minimum 35% of IP (“Internet Protocol”) transport external to the near metro core.

Our facilities design follow LEEDS and related “Green” building standards, and are extremely power efficient.

We do all of this to provide you with a high-quality environment for your mission critical systems at a price that makes sense for your business.
